What your permit set must show
- Oregon adopted 2018 IRC Appendix AF only within seven named Zone 1 counties: Baker, Clackamas, Hood River, Multnomah, Polk, Washington, and Yamhill.
- Outside those seven counties, the appendix is not mandatory under the statewide residential specialty code.
- Appendix AF carries the same substantive rough-in requirements as the current Appendix BE numbering.
