Engineered radon-control design for large buildings
Send us your building plans. We return a stamped, code-referenced radon-control design package for multifamily, commercial, school, and HUD-financed projects, built to ANSI/AARST CC-1000-2018 and reviewed by a certified radon professional.
Design sold on its own, not buried in an install contract
On large projects, radon-control design has only been available bundled into a full installation contract. We productize the design itself: an AI-accelerated workflow drafts the system, a certified radon professional reviews and signs it, and you get a standalone deliverable for your permit set, faster and more affordably.
Plans in
Send your architectural set. Our workflow reads the geometry and lays out the sub-slab collection and vent routing.
Pro review
A certified radon professional reviews and signs every package, so the credential the compliance chain expects is built in.
Package out
You receive a code-referenced design package keyed to the governing AARST standard, ready to drop into your permit set.
Built for your building type
Multifamily
New apartment and condominium construction designed to CC-1000-2018, the consensus standard for radon-resistant new construction in large buildings.
Apartments
Purpose-built rental apartment projects, designed to the CC-1000-2018 new-construction standard for radon-resistant large buildings.
Commercial
Offices, retail, mixed-occupancy, and other commercial new construction with ground-contact slabs, designed to CC-1000-2018.
Schools
New K-12 and education facilities, where children spend long hours on ground-contact slabs, designed to CC-1000-2018.
Mixed-use
Buildings that stack residential over ground-floor retail or office, where a single radon strategy has to serve multiple occupancy types.
Built to the standards that govern your project
New construction follows ANSI/AARST CC-1000-2018. Existing large buildings follow SGM-MFLB-2023. HUD-financed deals reference both. Every package cites the standard your plan reviewer and lender expect.
Priced per project, quoted up front
Every building is different, so every package is quoted on its own. Send us your plans and project details and we return a fixed quote before any work starts. No retainers, no bundled installation contract.
Building single-family homes?
We also produce flat-fee, permit-ready radon rough-in packages for single-family new construction under the prescriptive residential codes. Different product, same attention to the code your plans examiner checks.

Do you install the system, or just design it?
We produce the design only. The package is a standalone deliverable for your permit set: sub-slab layout, vent routing, membrane and sealing specifications, and the code references your reviewer expects. Installation is handled by your contractor.
Who signs off on the design?
A certified radon professional reviews and signs every package. That puts the credential the compliance chain expects, including HUD financing, into the deliverable itself.
Which standards do you design to?
New construction of multifamily, commercial, school, and mixed-use buildings follows ANSI/AARST CC-1000-2018. Existing large buildings follow ANSI/AARST SGM-MFLB-2023. HUD-financed projects reference both.
How does pricing work?
Each project is quoted up front based on the building and scope. There are no retainers and the design is never bundled into an installation contract. Send your plans and we return a fixed quote.
What plan formats do you accept?
PDF architectural sets work best. Vector PDFs exported from CAD or Revit are ideal. We will tell you before any work starts if a set is not usable as submitted.
