Why design for large buildings is quoted, not fixed
A garden apartment, a mid-rise podium, a school, and a HUD acquisition are very different engineering problems. Building size, the number of ground-contact slabs, and whether the project is new construction or a retrofit all change the scope, so we quote each one on its own rather than guess at an average.
What a quote covers
The fixed quote covers the full design package: layout, routing, specifications, the standards reference summary, and the certified radon professional review and signature. There are no retainers and the design is never bundled into an installation contract.
