RadonSpec

Why this exists

For large buildings, radon-control design has only ever been available bundled into a full installation contract. The companies that do this work design the system as a step toward selling the install, not as a deliverable you can buy on its own. That leaves developers, architects, and general contractors without a clean way to get just the design for a permit set or a HUD deal.

RadonSpec productizes the design itself. An AI-accelerated workflow drafts the system from your plans, and a certified radon professional reviews and signs every package. The credential the compliance chain expects is built into the deliverable, and you get it faster and more affordably than waiting on a bundled-install incumbent.

Every package is built to the standard that governs your project: ANSI/AARST CC-1000-2018 for new construction of multifamily, commercial, school, and mixed-use buildings, and ANSI/AARST SGM-MFLB-2023 for existing large buildings. HUD-financed projects reference both.
