What your permit set must show
- Manitoba's radon rough-in provision has been in the province's legally binding building code since the 2010 NBC model code was adopted, and is carried forward in the current Manitoba Building Code, M.R. 78/2023 (which adopts NBC 2020).
- Requires the same rough-in stub pipe provision as BC, Alberta, and Ontario, applied province-wide.
- Applies to all new Part 9 residential buildings under the current code.
